Lithium-ion batteries are easily confused with the following two types of batteries
(1) Lithium batteries: use lithium metal as the negative electrode.
(2) Lithium-ion batteries: use a non-aqueous liquid organic electrolyte.
(3) Lithium-ion polymer batteries: use polymers to gelatinize liquid organic solvents, or just use all-solid electrolytes. Lithium-ion batteries generally use graphite-based carbon materials as the anode.
