01 Position and Compensation (Hiring Only for Long-Term Roles; No Short-Term Inquiries)

1. Production Department: General Workers, Operators. Open to both men and women, aged 18–45; experienced candidates will be given priority. Must be diligent, responsible, and committed to their work. Total compensation: RMB 4,500–8,800.

2. Production Team Leader: High school diploma or higher; at least one year of management experience; strong coordination and organizational skills; diligent, responsible, and committed to quality work. Total compensation: RMB 3,600–6,500.

3. Quality Department: IPQC positions are open to both genders; candidates must have a college degree or higher, with preference given to those with relevant quality management experience. Candidates should be diligent, responsible, and hardworking. Total compensation: RMB 3,600–5,200.

4. Equipment Department: Positions include equipment technicians, mechanical maintenance personnel, and electrical engineering specialists; candidates must have a secondary vocational education or higher. Required qualifications include at least one year of experience in equipment maintenance at a battery-cell manufacturing facility, a strong work ethic, excellent learning ability, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude. Candidates must hold an electrician’s license and have expert knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Age requirement: 20–40 years. Total compensation: RMB 5,000–6,500.

5. Equipment Department: Equipment Engineer—must have at least three years of relevant work experience in the lithium-battery industry in a similar position, with a college degree or higher. Responsibilities include equipment installation, maintenance, and upkeep, as well as regular repair and calibration of instruments and equipment to ensure that the operational integrity rate of in-use equipment meets the required standards. Age requirement: 25–45 years. Total compensation: RMB 6,000–10,000.

6. Pack Engineer: Associate degree or higher; candidates with a background in electronics, electrical automation, or related fields will be given priority. Required: 1–3 years of relevant work experience in the same industry and role. Must possess knowledge of electronic technology and electronic assembly processes; proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Pro/E; strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team spirit. Total compensation: RMB 8,000–10,000.

Age 20–45; gender unrestricted; in good health; working hours: 8:00–20:00 (two-shift system, with shifts rotated every two weeks).
